There are two medical plan options for 2017-2018. The first is a traditional PPO option which will cost $16.72 per month for certified employees with a 1.00 FTE contract or classified employees that are schedule to work 32.50 hours per week. The second is the Health Savings Account (H.S.A.) PPO Plan. The district will pay the full premium for certified employees with a 1.00 FTE contract and for classified employees that are scheduled to work 32.50 per week.

- If you wish to make changes to any of your policies, you must do so during open enrollment, which is August 15, 2017 – September 30, 2018. The effective date for any changes made to your coverage is October 1, 2017.
- You may also choose to waive your benefits during open enrollment with this form.
